Most of my ancestors came to Australia before the 1850's. Most where free settlers. My ex-husbands tree includes convicts.

My ancestors come mostly from France and Ireland. Family names include :- Morton, Ireland. Pipers, Ireland. Frost and Cripps, England. Arbuckle, Ireland. Irvine, Ireland. Querruel, France. My ex-husbands:- Howarth, England. Hilder, England. Fitpatrick, Ireland.

My father's family first settled in the Tumut area, moving onto the central west of NSw. They were mainly farmers.

My mother's people originated from the Canowindra area. They appeared to be in business, such as bakery.


My four children have added such names as Molloy, Honan,Saunders, Dingle, Heinrick, Hubbard and Mckay to the tree. These names also appear to have ancestors back to the early 1800's.
