I am an adoptee who discovered my Titcomb birth heritage after a search that lasted about 5 years. Luckily, my birth mother had already complied a 4 generation family tree as part of a college course she took and she provided that information to me. From that basic source material I have been able to comprise a family tree that goes back to the american revolution era, back to colonial american and ancestors who came over on the 2nd and 3rd ships brining pilgrims to America. I have traced backwards 50+ generations on some of my direct lines.
