I need to know more about my husband's family. His parents are now deceased. They told him some information about their lineage, but alot of it was sketchy. If someone out there could fill in more blanks of names, dates of birth, death, marriages, etc., locations of dwellings, etc., we would be very grateful. We now live in Dayton, Ohio. My husband's parents moved up here from Eastern Kentucky when WWII began. Jobs opened up in Dayton in the factories. His parents had been sharecroppers in Michigan, working in the beet fields, and his father had worked in the coal mines of Eastern Kentucky as a teen. Both of his parents had lived in or near Johnson Co., Ky. in their early years before the war.
