Welcome to the John Houk Lineage Page
This page is an attempt to more completely fill out the line of decenadants of John Houk, born about 1765 in Burke, Lincoln Co., North Carolina; and died about 1825 in Estill Co., Kentucky. He married a Catherine Counce? in 1784. She was also born in 1765 at Burke, Lincoln Co., North Carolina. They had 6 sons, John, Jr., Adam, George, Michael, William, and Daniel.

CALENDAR
June 1, 2002 - There is a Howk Reunion for decendants of Sherman Harry Howk (son of Jeptha M., son of John B, son of Adam, son of John Houk), but all Houk decendants are welcome. It will begin at in Oklahoma. There will be food, games, fun, and an auction (to pay for next year's reunion).
