Robert is the only Mossion/Mosion to come to Canada. He arrived in Quebec (New France) on a ship named le Vieux Simon. It took 2 months to travel from France to Quebec. When he arrived in Quebec, he had a gun, 2 farm animals and 5 "arpents" of land. He married Anne Tavernier ( a King's daughter).
