I am searching for my birth mother. I was adopted at birth (October 23, 1955). I was born in Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport Connecticut. My birth mother listed her name as Helen McDonough. She listed her age at the time of my birth as 25, so she was born circa 1930. She came from a family of 2 brothers and 5 sisters. She was born in Galway Ireland and worked for a time in the United States as a governess (probably in the Boston area).
