I have been enthralled with researching my genealogy since childhood. After many long days at the library looking at old records and census records on microfilm, I have compiled most of the Hughey family history. My surnames include HUGHEY, MCFARLAND, MURDOCK, GRAHAM, SAFFORD, FORD, DIXON, AND IRWIN (too name a few). We hold a Hughey family reunion once a year in Washington County in July. I am putting the finishing touches on the Hughey history and hopefull by next year will be able to publish the Hughey Genealogy book.
