About Our Family Research
Researching the family of John HULSE (bap. 4 March 1827 died 21 Nov 1873)and his wife, Jane Webberely (b. ~1835 died 9 May 1888). They were married on 8 March 1856. They lived in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent. They had ten children William, Thomas, Joseph, Harry, Sarah, John, Mary Jane, Richard, Annie and Fred. Sarah and Joseph emmigrated to the U.S. Harry and Fred immigrated to New Zealand. John Hulse's (husband of Jane Webberley)parents were Thomas Hulse (b. ~1791, buried 16 July 1864) and Sarah Booth (b. ~1794, buried 3 January 1863. They were married on 14 July 1813 in Bucknall. The family were mainly involved in the pottery industry in or near Longton.
