| About Our Family Research |
|
Researching my genealogy began as a search for my Cherokee Indian ancestry. Little did I know that I would become addicted to my ancestors, their living conditions, their lives in general. The stories about them have made me realize that I am part of them. For this reason I am develping a history of not just names and dates, but collecting stories of living conditions that cause me to wonder how did they do that? I have learned of traits that I see in myself and in my children. I am a product of the lives that came together many years ago and have produced me!
I have been collecting information for only a few months now and have over three hundred family members entered and many more to go. This is a work in progress and I am hoping to learn more of the family members, their stories, family traits and interests.
Much of the data I share is composed maily of what others have shared with me and unverified by me. Whenever possible I have verified through available records. Please share your family with me and help me to write our family story. Please be aware that information I receive is made available to everyone.
