I have been doing research on my mother's family for about 25
years now.My maternal grandmother's family was mostly of Quak-
er background.Through her line I have several families,with
some of them going back to common ancestors.There are many
that go back to Nantuckett Island,Ma.Some of these families
were- MACY,COFFIN,BARNARD,and STARBUCK.I have families that
were in N.C. as early as 1680,such as MORRIS,PIERCE,and
WILLIAMS.I hope to put a web site together one day.
