The Inglis's and Relations

I am researching The Inglis's starting with John Inglis born 1810 in Haddington, Scotland, covering areas of the UK including Stratford-upon-Avon and Medway Area of Kent and then moving onto Cambeley & Aldershot areas in more recent Times, there also seems to be a numberof the Inglis's who served in the British Army from 1820 to present times. Also looking at the Howes mainly from Norfolk Area of the UK. Looking for information on the Hernon's from Ireland.
Any information would be appreciated and I would also provide you what information I havve.
We do hold a Annual Inglis Barbeque at Frimley Green Park, Surrey, normally the 1st Sunday of August each year.
