have managed to go back as far as frank ,who was my grandad,whose mother was born in Burwell lincs uk . have not got her first name, she apparently lived to be 100yrsold and never left the village.frank married in leeds, a elizabeth monica mercer.(liverpool). they had 6 children. 2 still living. tom. who is 93. and dan who is 91. my father was edward. the youngest son born.15-10-1913. died09-02-1996. i am his eldest daughter. born27-08-1937.there a 6of us .were 7 one died age 7mths .female in 1940.4 more girls and 1 son. 1 girl now lives in australia.i live in scotland. the rest are in a town ,called wellingborough.northants england. there are 2grandchildren in australia, 6 in scotland.8 in england.and 6 great grandchildren.so far. there is a cousin in canada,with 4 children.and a cousin in america. california. am looking for greatgranparents from burwell. and any other offspring they might have had.
