Tito Armando Carrillo was born in Safford, AZ in 1939. Tito has 2 sisters, Concha(CONNIE) and Lucia(Lucy). They were born in South Dakota around 1930 and 1932. Tito was given the Carrillo name by his sister's father. Tito's father was Arnoldo Ruiz living in Benson Arizona working in an explosive factory in 1930, he was 19 and hadn't yet met Amelia Varela. Amelia Varela was born in Clifton Ariz. in 1907, she was born to Andres Varela and ConcepsionMadrid. Amelia had 3 brothers, Apolinario, chano,pete. I think Apolinario died and Chano married Maria and Pete moved alot, but no info on him marrying anyone.Amelia was 2 when her Mother passed away and then she was living in San Jose with the Morales family along with her brother. Nobody knows what happened but the rumor was that Amelia's mother died giving birth to her but she is found in the 1910 census living wioth her parents.
Tito was born in Solomon and raised in Safford where he lived with his Mom and 2 sisters until her death in 1942.
