Includes NotesNotes for Elbert E. Jones:
Bert Jones was married at least three, and maybe four times before marrying Mabel Phillips. He was a World War II vet-serving in the Army and the Army Air Corps. He was in the Dixie Division. He retired from the Air Force after over 20 years, and had another career working for 7-Eleven and as a locksmith in Orlando, FL. In October 2004 his health became so bad that he chose to move to Arkansas to spend his last days with his only family. He died in his new home with family at his side.

Grandpa always gave his date of birth as August 3, 1913, but according to his mother's bible, which was found after he died, he was a year older, having been born in 1912.
