The Family of Donna L Jern

Updated June 12, 2011

About Our Family Research

Families are so huge yet so close-knit when you are younger. Relatives are perfect and loving. Then you grow up. Families are still loving, but not as close as they seemed when you were 10. And in my family's case, you realize how expansive your family tree can be. And it just keeps growing... but that's a good thing.
Back in junior high, Eric had to put together a family tree for American History. Thankfully, Grandma Jern had a fairly extensive family history put together. Mom's family took a bit more work. Two and four years later, Josh and I simply copied Eric's "A" project. That grade school project from 20+ (yikes!) years ago along with The Mary Jern Story (grandma's life story) are the basis for this tree.
