We have been trying to research the Jerald family history for several years. Currently the oldest ancester found is James Robert Jerald who was born in 1852. He is buried in Rincon, GA after living most of his adult life in the area of Ebenezer, Rincon and Springfield, Georgia. After James Robert Jerald came Robert Pierce Jerald, Sr., Robert Pierce Jerald, Jr., and Joseph Larry Jerald. We are not certain where James Robert Jerald came to Ebenezer, GA from but it was probably the Savannah area or someplace in South Carolina. We are still seeking information on James Robert and other ancesters.
