Karen Ivey's Genealogy
Updated April 18, 2008
| About Our Family Research |
|
There's something about genealogy that connects people in a way that can't be explained. Maybe it's because we experience the magic and excitement of discovering our ancestors and finding out who we really are. Unless someone has started their adventure in genealogy they never understand why we are thrilled when we uncover an ancestor or meet a realative we didn't know we had. Since I started researching my family tree I feel more centered and connected to this world.
I've always been proud to say I'm a sixth generation Texan. However, since researching my family tree I've found my roots and branches spread across the South, over the ocean to Europe, and maybe even beyond.
I truly believe "GENEALOGY CONNECTS THE WORLD."
Please check back occasionally for changes, additions, and updates to my family tree. Let me hear from you if your family has a connection to mine.
