My line starts w/ Charles Henry White b. 1843 in <NY> or <Penn.> d. April 1983 Kent,Mich. Charles enlisted Co F 14th Inf in Kalamazoo, Mich 1865 and musterd out 16 mo later in Louisville, Kentucky.
Charles married Eliza Jane Anway and had children:

Mary J died age 12 1879
I believe that these children all lived in Michigan.

Charles married the widowed Mrs. Mary E. Davis(nee Lawrence)July 19, 1876 in Leonidas, St. Joseph Co. Mich by JP John Foreman. Mary's mother was from Michigan and her father from Canada per the census info. No other info on them.

Children over age 16 couldn't be listed, so the older kids may have lived there too.
Charles died in 1893. Mary died btw 1893-1900. Charles' oldest daughter, Lizzie, married George Hill and took in her youngest living brother, Edd (sp). They are listed in the 1900, 1910 census'as living in Tyrone Twp., Kent Co., Mich. Edd lived with his sister, b-in-law, and their children: George jr., Blanche, Sadie, Hilbert, and <Richard>.
Current Families
My grandfather is Jacob Bausal White. He married Leota Lena Elder, the daughter of Edwin Elder and Martha "Mattie" Watters of Ohio. Leota also had a sister, Stacie (Emmanuel)Kauffman. They had one daughter, Betty. They all lived in Mich. The Elders moved to Mich in the late 1800's too.
Leota and Jacob had three children:
