>In August of 1998, the decendants of Nathaniel Kalaeone Ku'eka'a Ohia and Kalama Kalakoili held a family reunion on the island of Hilo. The exacet number that was there is not known, but the number of people who attended the family luau at the Hilo Auditorium filled the place to its capacity.
>Although Nathaniel had other siblings, it was thought that this reunion should focus on his decendants from his children because, this was going to be the first of its kind. Anything larger would have been inviting catastrophe. And, thought had to be given to the cost of including the greater number of people.
>I present to you a record of our family,and, I invite all who are family to provide input, and information so that this effort can be completed for future generations. I have taken the liberty of including all of Nathaniels Siblings, and hope to add the names and dates appropriate to them, and to their decendants, after all-we are of one source.
