I was the oldest of the two children my father had with Nelda Ruth Carmack. My father was married twice . Once to Christina Hillwigg and second to Leona Hayes. There were no children with Leona but Christine and him had three sons. My father left Michigan and came to Tennessee. I never met any of my brothers from Michigan until Easter of 2000. When I met my youngest brother and his wonderful family. It's a little hard to keep contact with them since we live so far apart but not a day goes by that I don't think of them . Especially Mike. It was a dream come true to meet my brother for the first time. I hope to be able to visit Michigan some day soon so that I can spend some long overdue time with him and his family. I was married January 24, 1990 to my husband William and we have four beautiful children. I have one boy and three girls. I have lots of information on the Trobaugh family and I am willing to share any of it that may help anyone put their tree together. I would also like to take the time to let any Trobaugh that reads this that from my dad side. There was 6 boys. One died in an accident at age 2 and the other 5 all died with lung cancer. The same was with their father. I would encourage all male Trobaugh's to be very aware of any signs of cancer. The youngest one died at age 32 and the others at an average age of 68 years old.
