I am currently researching my family history for not only myself but my Mother and Aunt also. Both of their parents immigrated to Canada. Their mother came from England at the age of 16? with her parents. My grandmothers maiden name was Violet Mary Palmer.
She was born in 1904?
My grandfather came over from Northern Ireland as a young lad. He at some point got permission to work in the USA.
We have very little family history on either of them and are trying very hard to get some kind of information together.
