I'm sorry to say that the family tree is not coming along all that well, I would say however that progress has been made.
Progress for this family is really slow, I've looked for almost 2 years and have only recently found out that some of the family may be from Indiana, let's just say its a slow and emotional crawl. We just came across an Genforum search from a couple of years ago, asking about my great2grandmother Serina Francis Mirrick and that side of the family,needless to say we were real excited , this is the only reference to the family that we know of being directly associated with ours, but alas no contact with the person sending the message has been able to take place. We are now stuck. Julia Dourghty married we assume a Carroll and had great2grandfather Sampson Carroll whom married Jane Tucker which may or may not be his first wife . Luther Howard Carroll was brn Feb 28,1888 he married Nancy Jane Shelton 2cd wife (Nancy's mother is Serina Francis Mirrick Shelton married to John Shelton (2cd wife )John's parents are Powell Shelton and Nancy Tarver/ Serina's parents are John Mirrick and Martha Madon . Nancy has a sister (only one we know of ) Mrytle and she married Brady Rimmer
OK you just got about everything I know about the family except of course about Nancy's children and their children .
