| About Our Family Research |
|
This odyssey began several years ago with only my grandfather's name, his mother's name and where they were from. My search led me to many ancestor's and several distant cousins I never knew I had. I have to thank Hazel H., who also knew my grandfather, Forest who was a cousin to her mother. She has provided me with invaluable information and pictures of the Keens. My father, Edwin L. Keen died when I was only 7 years old so I never got to ask him anything about his family. Luckily, my mother was always intersted in family history so I have some information from her. Our branch moved on to Kansas where I now live, with others in Illinois and Arizona, Florida but it all started in Mississippi... way back when....
