I now know that my gfather John Kells came from an area in Co Cavan in ireland in 1875 and sttled in NW england. His father my ggfather Frederick Kells dob 1817 occupation fsrmer, but that is as much as I have found out despite messages on various boards. The area in Co cavan is Scrabby,
