About Our Family Research


I am just starting out in the search of my husband's family tree. I have only gone back 3 generations so far and this information came from the family cemetery in Society Hill, Macon County, Alabama. There are very few of this family still in the area, so the research is very slow. Anyone with information on the family please email me. I also could use help with how to further my research. I am using Generations Deluxe Family Tree Software by Sierra to keep track of the information. Any information would be appreciated. To my knowledge, there are no family reunions held--at least not in the 12 years I've been in the family.
