Am Currently researching The Oppelt Family. Unfortunately I don't have much to go on. I only know as far back as my Great Grandfather. He was Adam Oppelt, b January, 1869 in NYC. He married Louise Kinneback (from England).Louise had a sister Caroline. They had 2 sons, Andrew F. Oppelt, born 12/9/1893.Andrew married Gertrude Davison, b 11/19/1892.(Gertrude's parents were Robert Davison and Mary Mcloughlin). Joseph, born 9/1/1908 in New York City. Andrew and Gertrude had 2 boys, Andrew Jr. born 7/18/1920 and my father Robert T born 12/14/1922.
