About 4 years ago I began to do research on my family. The main reason was for my daughters. I wanted them to have an idea of the stock of people that they come from. It has been fun to do this research. One of the best benefits has been for my mom Ilene (Hymer) Kelley. In doing the research I was able to connect with some of her family members, cousins, 2nd cousins, etc. For my mom to be able to connect with her family was a great blessing for her and for me to watch it happen.

Due to my schedule a stopped research about a year and half ago and I am now picking it up agian. For me, a person who loves history, this is fun and a great hobby.
