I've just started, and for the most part I don't have any real information. I have our parents names, and their parents names, but not much more than that. I am currently writing letters to the surviving members of our family that may have useful info., but at this point I don't have much to go on. Here are the names that I do have:
Chester Kelly married to Thelma Slocum
(Thelmas mother Genevieve came to Missouri on a covered wagon from Nebraska)
they had 3 boys
John Kelly - married Myrna - have 3 children
Tom Kelly - ?
Larry Kelly - married Joanie Bus
had 2 boys - Michael Kelly
Patrick Kelly - married Tracie Sweeney (that's me)
had Ryan Kelly & Amanda Kelly
On Joanie's side, the facts are slim, her mom passed away when she was 5 and her dad died when she was 18, so I don't have lots to go on. Here goes:
John Lewis Bus married Ellen Glen Edge
They had three kids:
John Bus
Bill Bus
Joanie Bus (who married Larry Kelly)
John Bus had seven siblings:
Daniel, Rudolf, August, Edward, Helen, Mary & ??? all who have passed away.
Ellen had a sister Mary Edge, who married Sam Townsend and they had two daugters, Judy & Barbara...(one of them went by the nickname booger).
