I am researching the Kent family from the Lincolnshire, England area. The oldest verified relative is William Kent b. November 15, 1777, Somersby, Lincolnshire, England. He Married Rebekah Cartwright b.January 27, 1781 Ulceby, England. Between November 1805 and October 1827 they had 11 children, Cartwright, Albert, Doris, Edwin, Myra, Felix, Idda, Lubin, Rybert, Belinda and Noel. With the exception of Doris who died shortly after her birth, the entire family came to Canada in about 1830.
I would like to find more details on the parents, siblings and other ancestors of William and Rebekah. I have John Kent and Ann listed as parents of William but have not been able to confirm this. I have information on the Christenings of several Kents in the Branston and Saxilby areas which are both places listed for births of the children of William and Rebekah.
