My name is Janell Kenney Smith. This is my mother's father (Willie Cornelious Washington). He died when my mother was 9 years old. Borned 9/15/1881 and died 5/3/1917. He is buried at Bethel United Methodist Church on Luther Bailey Road in Senior, Ga. Alone with 3 daughter there. Names: Effie May 5/27/1903 -8/23/1905 Baby Girl borned and died 1/27/1905, and Onita Washington 3/24/1906-10/19/1927. Also my greatgrand parents (grandmother Florence Hubbard Washington parents) Wyllie R.Hubbard Co A 2 Ga. Rect. CSA and Louizer B. Vickery Hubbard 5/17/1855-11/6/1915 are buried there.
He also had my mother Lavonia Washington 11/07/1908-4-21-2001,(all girls borned in Ga.) and three sons borned in Tx. They are Everett Conealios 11/17/1910-2/1/1974, Willie Elva 8/26/1912-9/21/1987, and Cecile Debbs 3/6/1914-2/1984.They moved back to Ga. between 1914-1917.I am told that Joshua Washington was his brother and his son is Leroy Washington 5/25/1900-2/10/1935.Sisters were Ola and Ula Washington.
My greatgrant parents Hubbard children are Annie Hubbard 7/17/1879-6/24/1897, Oscar Hubbard, John Henry Hubbard, Joshua Hubbard 3/5/1882-1/28/1962, Byrd Hubbard, Florence Hubbard 6/1/1884-5/20/1936
If anyone can tell me any information about my grandfather Washington or grandmother Hubbard, please let me know.I know that there are other Washington's, Hubbard's and Vickery's buried at this cementary, but I do not know the connection's with us.
