I have been researching the background of my Grandmother's family for several years now. I started with Nannie who was; Anne Ruby Timbrell Gist Westenra Du Pre Kennedy! An excentric family who gave the names of their Godparents to all their children.
Ruby Kennedy as she was known, lived her youth at Wormington Grange along with her brothers and sisters and some of her cousins. At times the whole household would go and stay with other members of the family, this took them all over the UK, they would stay for several weeks. Sometimes children were born at their cousins home while the family were there on a visit. This has made this work difficult at times.She was born in 1884 and this Kennedy line is now on file with this organisation.
