Mary Calloway married Alexander or John Grant (unsure of husband's first name) and lived in Dobbs Co. NC in 1770s. Mary C. Grant moved to Washington Co. VA about 1800 with children which included Mary "Polly," Isaac, John and others. Polly married Henry Tucker in WA Co. They had children that included Kinchen & Pearsy. Henry married Sally Myers after Polly's death and they moved to TN with their children, which included David Tucker. David Tucker's family moved to AR, possibly before 1850s.
Henry's son Kinchen Tucker married Sarah Brady of NC and moved to TN, KY, and then to Fulton Co, AR in 1850s. They had thirteen children who survived. Several of the children, including Gardiner, Josiah, and grandson Kinchen P. and in-laws went by wagon train to near Joseph, Oregon in 1878, but some returned to AR before 1890s. Other family names include: Tarter, Massey, Murphy.
Also looking for information on parents of Annie Taylor Kuehnert, born in N.W. AR, died in Pulaski Co., AR in 1915. Her husband, Max Bruno Kuehnert moved to American in 1870s with his parents Frederick & Maria from Saxony, Germany. Would like to have information on Kuehnerts in Germany.
