Just came from the Combs Family Reunion in Moorefield, WV. and added some information.
I am searching for information on the following individuals: Joshua Cain and Lucinda (Cindy) Cook; Samuel Combs and Fannie Belle Smith; John Jackson Wratchford (b. abt 1804); George Merkel and Margaretha Barth; Harmon Suder and Matilda Miller; and William Richarson and Flora Tipton.
I know that Joshua and Cindy (Cook) Cain had two daughters named Rebecca Anna Cain and Sarah Cain. I need their vital information and parents info. They lived in VA/WV.
Samuel and Fannie Belle (Smith) Combs had a son named James Franklin Combs (b. Jan 1886). They are from VA/WV.
John Jackson Wratchford,probably from VA., married Mary Yankey. I have information on her family but nothing on John's.
George Merkel (b. 1828) and Margaretha Barth (b. 1831) were both born in Wierbenz, Germany. At least one son, Harrison John Merkel, b. 1861 in Berlin, PA.
All I know of Harmon William "Bill" Suder and Matilda Miller is that they were both born in Germany. Their daughter, Lydia (b. 1866), married Harrison John Merkel.
William Richardson and Flora Tipton (d. 1918) had a daughter named Hulda Rita Richardson (b.1898, Fairhope, PA). She married George R. H. Merkel, son of Harrison John Merkel.
