Father = David Morrison Kifer born 1925, in West Virginia Mother = Edith Virgina Powell born 1921, in West Virginia There are 8 brother and sisters I never met. I was put in foster home at age 1. Never met my parents or any of my relatives. Would like to find my Brothers and sisters.
