Doing this family line has been very hard. They moved around some much that finding information has been very Hard. I hope to put as much on to this web page for others that are looking for Our family. Our family starts with Henry Kirk born in Ireland he made the trip to Canada, where he met his wife Julia Elizabeth Knudson. Some records have her name as Anne. Julia was born in England and her parent were born in Norway. Henry and Julia had six children: Bernhard (Ben), William, Allen Walter, Samuel, and Jack. I believe by 1899 when Julia died, the children went to live with family members. I am not sure if Henry was still living. I do know Allen and Samuel went to live with Julia's sister and brother-in-law Dorothy and James Flannery. I have 1901 and 1911 census records. Allen moved to the United States in early manhood. He married Alice Pulham and from this union two children where born: Edith and Allan Richard.
