I have recently begun to trace my ancestors and have thus far been able to go as far back as Robert Thrap born 1728, married to Elizabeth Hilton born 1743. They had a son, William Thrap born 1765 who married Frances Baker born 1770. their son was Samuel Thrap born 1806 married to Rebecca Younger, born 1807. Their son Washington Thrap born 1834 married to Matilda James born 1837. They had a son Charles Albert Thrap born 1874 who married Jessie Ione MacDonald born 1874 (these are my great great grandparents. My father's mother's parents). They had a daughter Zelphia Irene Thrap born 1900 married to Walter Monroe Haines born ?. Their oldest son, Walter Eugene Haines born 1920? married Lela Ara McCullough born 1917 (these are my parents). I am the oldest of four children born to them. Brenda Jean Haines born 1942 married to Peter Glen Kizer 1962. Our daughter Tammy Lynn Kizer born 1963 married to Carl Michael Mantz 1994. Their daughter Aimee Jo Mantz born 1996. A second daughter Michelle Leigh Kizer born 1970 married Mark Howard Songue 1993. They had a son, Lane Sterling Songue born 1994 and a daughter Allysson Renee Songue born 1997.
