i am currently trying to research the knapper family tree.
knapper is my husbands surname and his father's name was Donald knapper who apparently came from a large family (14 brothers and sisters).
donalds father was named Samuel and was born 20th Nov 1901. He married a Anna-thirza (nee Hill). He was born in Kidsgrove Staffordshire but from information from relatives they lived at 33 Beeches Row Goldenhill Stoke-on-Trent Staffordshire. They then moved to Little Chell Tunstall Stoke-on-Trent but i don't know the name of the street they lived in.
Samuels father was named James and his mothers name was Sarah Ann. they also had a daughter named Alice.
I believe they came from the Kidsgrove area as well.

if anyone can provide me with any information about them i would be extremely grateful.
