I will began my family history with my Gr-Gr-gandfather William Felix. William was born in Maryland approximately 1811 but I have not determined which county. He was discovered on the 1880 Census in the State of Louisiana, Tensas parish at age 69, living with his daughter Vinie and her husband, Henry Lemon. Gr-daughter Threse age 1, Gr-son James Stripling age 6 and Gr-son Dewitt Stripling age 5.
