Every year, in September, the Knox Family Reunion takes place in
Aledo, Il. Each year fewer people attend and to maintain our family roots is becoming more difficult. With this in mind, I have decided to create a homepage.
To start with, I am the great,great, granddaughter of Edwin & Rachel (Wetmore) Knox. Edwin Knox was originally from Conneticut (D.O.B. March 30, 1830) and later settled at Ontario, Il. There they had two children: Charles Edwin(april-1862) and
Charlotte(?)
Charles married Cora Ada (Tudor). They had 6 children: Ethel(2-14-1886),Glen(2-15-1888),Elsie(?), Ralph(5-6-1897),Helen
(2-1-1900)and Kenneth Stuart(8-23-1905)
Charles & Cora, along with his parents, are buried in the Ontario
Il Cemetary.
Kenneth Stuart was my paternal grandfather. He married Louise Gehl. They had three children: Patricia, Kenneth William, and Donald. Kenneth William is my father.
