Well I have been into Genealogy for a couple of years now but only recently had the excitment of adding a new family name to my list. Since we have always been a close family, I already knew so much about so many generations. I never knew my Paternal Grandfather, so learning as uch about who he was and where he came from was always important to me. I've recently learned that a great aunt owned the rights to the Tattersall Plaid (which they make kilts out of) until she sold it during the depression (we are Tattersall's). I also learned that my g-g-grandmothers family (McNicols) which came over from Norther Ireland, had something to do with the forming of McGraw Hill (one of the largest Real Estate and Investment Firms in the country). I am hoping to go back even further and possibly meeting some very extended family!
My family names are Korovich, Tattersall, Lorenz, McNicols, LaRoza, Frising, Shafer and Norris.
Names on my fathers side are Korovich, Guylas, Hernansky/i and Harding; however, they are not shown on this family tree. I am just listing them for referance purposes.
