Currently I've started on my family tree. It has MANY branches so far and has reached about 6 generations with the latest birth date (so far) from 1785. Among my MANY relatives (there are about 532 on the tree so far) is George Kulzer, who is known for writing memoirs about his journey to America in April of 1854, from Sauberseith, Baveria. George's brother (George Adam) later immigrated to the U.S. and served in the Civil War and ended up getting captured as a POW.
