I`ve just started in trying to do research on the Heckler Family Tree.Joseph Heckler and Irene Pruchnowski had six children .My fathers birth date is June22,1914.He is 87 years old. His fathers name was George J Heckler ,mother was Anna Dippold. There home for as long as I remember was on Crescent St. in Chktg.14225. Siblings of this union are:Joseph,William,Matilda,Francis,Theresa,Florence,Margaret,Anna,Eva,Catherine.I think two died at a very young age.A girl and boy (George). My grandfather was born 9/27/1880 -9/2/1966. It might help also to know my grandmother Anna was parilized and confined to a bed.Another hint to this family is that everyone had a nicname. Hope to update soon if I find more info.
