The Surnames I am searching are; John L. Lafferty b. 1767 Derry, Ireland, d. 1836 in Indiana County, PA, his son James Lafferty b. 1809 in Indiana County, PA, d. 05/31/1862 in Adams County, IL near Clayton, IL, his son, James Clifford Lafferty b. 12/27/1850, near Clayton, IL area and married Isadine Davis 10/22/1873. they had four children, James Albert, Walter Reed, Frank Elmer, and Amy Alice. The family moved to IA around 1878 then to NE 1879 near Harlan County them moved to Red Willow County, near Marion, NE around 1880. Walter Reed died as infant and Isadine was killed in a tornado 5-9-1881. Then James Clifford Married Barbara Ella Graham 3/30/1882. They had 10 children; Anna E., Roy F., Floyd A., William Sylvestor, Fred G., Ida Pearl, May Ashton, Leon A., Ole I., and John Clifford. Other surnames I'm interested in are Sam McClung, Maud Macy, Myrtle Sines, William Alexander Wyckoff, Guy Sines, Carl W. Sawdon B. 1882, and Ethel May Franks B. 1891. |
