This is a short summary of my family. My Father, Edward Lamley is the son of Clyde Lamley, who is the son of Charles Lamley, The Son of Luke Lamley who is the son of William Lamley. William and wife Mary/Martha Arson Came to the United States from Worcestershire England. They Landed in Troy NY in 1832. They brought from England Sons Luke and Job. Luke was around 8 yrs old and Job was only 2 yrs old. The other children Martha, Jonas, Mary and John were all born in the United States.I am not sure where yet. William & Mary moved from Troy NY after a short while to Richmond Ohio. From there The Lamley's moved to Missouri and brought two Families with them from Ohio. Luke Lamley Married one of the Daughters, Lucretia (who they called Lucy)Sept 10, 1844 and they had Mary E, GeorgeW ' Williaam P, John S, Strother, Charles, Marilliaa J who died an infant, & Albert L. Charles Lamley (My Gr Grandfather), Married Harriett Rachel Vanderpool and they had 7 Children. Clyde, Ethel, Luke II,Iva, Munday Charles Jr.(Charlie), and Ethel. Son Clyde (My Grandfather) married Bessie Lee (Mae) Whitworth and they had 7 children. Edward Leroy (my Fathr), F.D., Estel, Daniel, Billy Bruce,Raymond Lee and Eutha Lee. Edward and his wife Elaine had 6 children. Carolyn (me), Edward,Linda, Daniel, Patricia and Kevin. Of course we all had a fistfull of children ourselves. That pretty well sums up our family, I am sure there are a lot of stories out there I still haven't heard and people I haven't met but maybe someday...
