The descendants of Clinton Joseph Davisson, Nobel Laureate and Son of Joseph Davisson, for personal and genetic reasons, seek contact with living descendants of Joseph Davisson. Besides the Clinton line, there are three others:
Mazie Jane Davisson, Daughter of Joseph and his first wife Lucretia Thomas. Mazie had at least one daughter and possibly other children. Her Grandson, Michael "Mike" Little, also of Genealogy.com, has not responded to e-mails.
Joseph and his second wife, Mary B. Calvert, had three children: the aforementioned Clinton Joseph, Carrie L. Davisson, and Harry D. Davisson.
It is not known if Carrie L. had children. She married a man named L.B. Jackson. Her last known address was 209 Castle Ave.,
Bloomington, IL.
Harry D. Davisson's fate and descendants also remain a mystery. He was last heard from living in St. Louis, Missouri.
