This site is dedicated to all my Lawrence ancestors. The majority of them lived in Yorkshire, England. This site is my attempt to document the family tree for posterity.
I have been researching my family tree for a number of years. But some of the credit for the information on this site must go to my sister Edna and her husband Barry Noble. Their research started years before I became hooked. I have taken the liberty to include some of my wife's ancestors, whom are all Scottish (So far).
Some of the other surnames on this site: include: Wilson, Brown, Lindley, Smith, Stone, Jarvis, Nisbet, Somerville, to name a few.
Many other surnames will follow as, I have recently joined a local family history group. So this site will become an ongoing project. So fellow surfers, friends and relatives, click away.
