My Father is Swain Thomas Perdue Jr. And my Mother is Jessie Pearl Hoover Perdue, Both from Toombs County,Lyons, Ga.
My grandparents was Swain Thomas Perdue, Sr. orginally from S.C. Grew up Around Swainsboro Ga. and He married Donie Bell Peebles of Lyons, Ga. My grandparents on my mothers side was Pearlie Lee Woods Hoover Powell, She married Harry Hoover who died on October 13 1935, he was from somewhere in Tennessee, we know nothing about him, some say he was adopted, but there is no one living who can tell. My great grandparents on my fathers side was David Franklin Perdue and he was married twice, the only one I know anything about was my Great-Grandmother who was Laura Bell Horton Perdue, whom I think was from the Swainsboro Ga. area.I have two sisters, Linda Fay Sikes of Lyons, Ga. And Debbra Ann Perdue Britt of Warrenville, S.C.
