Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
The LeBeau family comes from France, to Quebec and then to Mass. Most of my records date from the early 1600's in Quebec. Another branch hales from Acadia, decendants of Antoine Hebert, even a John Smith sneeked in while they were exciled in Mass.
My personal family came from Holland to England and Scotland then to the US. The Vlieland family (originally Hollander) were at one time in Rotterdam, then to Norfolk in England. I also have Drakes in England.
The other branches come from Germany, Wurttemberg, which I have a lot of research on, and Hessen Cassel, which I have none on and also from Prussia.
