Arthur Edmund Shively(1910-1994) was the son of Clarence C. Shively and Emily May Miars of Callaway, Custer County, Nebraska. He was married to Eva Fern Brooks. They had four daughters, Lucille, Ardis, Carol and Donna. They lived in Central Nebraska in the counties of Custer, Dawson, Logan and Lincoln Counties. He was a farmer.

A Cousins Reunion is held the third week of June each year. The 2003 reunion will be held at Dixie, Washington. For more information, please contact ardis@dawsonppd.com.
