I recently traveled to Belgium with my father Russell D. Libert. We visited our cousins who reside in Hamme-Mille and Wavre. We had the opportunity to visit the house in Mille where my great grandfather, Isador Libert, was born. Many of my family members are buried at the 9th century Roman Church, Tourrines la Grosse in Mille.
My great grandfather came to the U.S. and settled in Wisconsin. I was born in Milwaukee on 5/3/1949. I am constructing a family tree of my family here in the U.S. and my family in Belgium. My cousins in Belgium are assisting. My cousin's surname is Brasseur, my greatgrandfather's sister Augustine married Charles Brasseur.
I am looking for people related to the Liberts with roots in Wisconsin or Belgium.
